Ken Nobles brings more than 35 years of distinguished law enforcement experience to Noble Security Solutions, combining state and federal service with a lifelong dedication to public safety. His career began with the Missouri State Highway Patrol, where he spent 11 years as both a Trooper and an Instructor, building a strong foundation in law enforcement practices and training.

He went on to serve 24 years in federal law enforcement as a Federal Police Officer and Special Agent. During this time, Kenneth spent 13 years as a supervisor and trainer, followed by six years as a Special Agent and Instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). For the past five years, he has led a Federal Police Agency as its Chief, overseeing operations, policy, and training at the highest level.

As a Master Trainer for over two decades, Kenneth has developed and delivered specialized programs in Workplace Violence Prevention, De-escalation, Threat Assessment, and Active Threat Response. He has trained thousands of federal employees, law enforcement officers, and active-duty military personnel from the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard—conducting sessions at bases across the United States and Europe. His ability to tailor complex safety concepts into clear, actionable strategies has made him a trusted instructor for both professional and civilian audiences.

Ken is a nationally recognized Active Threat Response Instructor, holding advanced certifications as an Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) Instructor, a Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) Instructor, and a Certified Firearms Instructor for handguns and patrol rifles. His work has earned him recognition as Federal Law Enforcement Lead Officer of the Year, and he maintains active memberships with the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA), the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA), the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP), and CIT International.
